Smell on flight halts operations at Boston airport
Boston’s Logan International Airport was closed for about 30 minutes on Friday after a suspicious smell on a departing Delta Air Lines flight prompted the evacuation of 28 passengers and crew members, according to an airport spokesman.
Airport officials believe the source of the smell was de-icing fluid.
