I FOUND IT!!! (skip to 10:59)
When i was visiting Lahore on my recent trip to Pakistan in December 2010, i went to the Lahore Museum which is considered to be one of the best museums in the world. It features a works and collections of Mughal, Sikh and British eras. The fasting Buddha is part of the unique collections presented in the Musuem. Anyway, while i was at the musuem this guy approached me and asked me a few questions about the musuem. He asked me what my favorite part was and i blurted out fasting buddha. His follow up question was what i learned about it, and i said i just came to see it and the dude says ” i saw you taking photos of it but you didnt learn anything about it”. To that i laughed but i responded by saying “i would’ve learned something but the lights went out” (for which Pakistan is sadly notrious for) and they cut that part :)
